Inniscarra Court, Greenacres, is a brand new development of just four stunning, large, detached, 5 bedroom houses all finished to the highest specification.
We were approached by a private developer to design and build this stunning residential complex. The contract saw Fourway Projects work closely alongside the client in order to achieve the desired outcome. We first demolished the existing detached property on site before developing four 5 bedroom detached houses including the installation of all facilities and full project management to offer the client complete peace of mind.
The property development is set in a private cul de sac position, accessed from its own private road. All four homes are contemporary in design, very spacious and are situated within large plots compared to other local developments in the surrounding area.
