Our design and planning team assists the following administrative tasks:

• Preparation of scheduling stages of work, programming and estimation of materials costs, labour, transportation, equipment, and additional services.
• Organisation and hiring or recruitment of construction personnel, designation of duties and remunerations.
• Negotiation and entering a contract with commission contractors and evaluation of work accomplishments thereunder.
• Procurement of materials, plant, and equipment, licenses and permits.
• Authorisation and undertaking payments of accounts.
• Record keeping and accounts.
• Negotiation with Government and private organisations having jurisdiction over the project.
• Managing all other business transactions related to the project construction/implementation.
